NOTABLE ROLE: Rizzo in Grease
Janine DiVita made her Broadway debut as everyone’s favorite bad girl, Rizzo in the Tony Award-nominated revival of Grease. She later appeared in the original company of The Mystery of Edwin Drood and Anything Goes, covering the lead role of Reno Sweeney. On tour, Janine played leading roles in Finding Neverland, If/Then, and Young Frankenstein. Film and television audiences may know her from “The Deuce,” “Elementary,” “The Americans,” and Hear My Song. Her screenplay, “Sisters Before Misters” has been optioned by Dolphin Entertainment with Lea Thompson attached to direct.
