Director of Talent

Ryan is a NYC-based publicist, producer and the Co-Founder and Creative Director of RRR Creative. He spent the past thirteen years as a theatrical publicist, most recently at DKC/O&M. During this time, he helmed award-winning campaigns for Broadway productions including Patti LuPone’s Gypsy, SPIDER-MAN Turn Off The Dark, Clybourne Park, After Midnight, School of Rock, CATS, Sunset Boulevard starring Glen Close and Michael Moore: The Terms of My Surrender. He also served as the U.S. press representative for legendary composer Andrew Lloyd Webber.

Creative Director

Sam is the Co-Founder and Creative Director of RRR Creative. He brings with him a unique perspective, style, and vision with a background in corporate public relations, event planning, marketing, and fashion styling for brands like Club Monaco, Bergdorf Goodman, Saks Fifth Avenue, and Atomic Style Agency. Also a singer/songwriter who has performed at some of the city’s top venues, Sam has turned his musical talents towards producing a musical, entitled A New City which is currently in development.

Director of Brand Relations

Frank is a New York City based Entrepreneur. Most notably, in 2011 Frank Co-Founded D'Marie Group, Inc. and still CEO of the social media analytics and casting software company. Clients include W Hotels, HelloFresh, Time, Inc. and in 2017 D'Marie became a member of the Council of Fashion Designer's Strategic Parterships Group. Frank is also the creator of iCON: Influencer Convention, an annual influencer meet-and-greet event which was established in 2017. Frank has built a career around his passion for sharing people's life stories using social media. When he's not working, Frank is a fierce advocate for the LGBTQ community.
