NOTABLE ROLE: Associate Choreographer of Mrs. Doubtfire, Older Billy in Billy Elliot: The Musical

Michaeljon Slinger made his Broadway debut in the Tony Award-winning musical, Billy Elliot, taking on the role of Older Billy and serving as Dance Captain. Michaeljon later went on to open the Broadway productions of West Side Story, How to Succeed, Evita, Matilda, Side Show, and Hello, Dolly! starring Bette Midler and Bernadette Peters. In 2018, Michaeljon’s career shifted when he made his West End debut as Associate Director and Choreographer of the new musical, Mythic. He continues to thrive as a choreographer with productions of La Traviata at the Metropolitan Opera, Merrily We Roll Along at the Roundabout, and as associate choreographer of Broadway’s Mrs. Doubtfire and the upcoming Almost Famous.
