NOTABL ROLE: Gleb in Anastasia

Max von Essen is currently starring as Gleb in the Broadway musical, Anastasia. Max made his Broadway debut in Les Miserables, playing both Marius and Enjolras. He was nominated for a Tony Award for his performance in the Tony Award nominated An American in Paris. His other Broadway credits include Jesus Christ Superstar, Dance of the Vampires and the 2012 revival of Evita, as Magaldi. He starred in off-Broadway's Hello Again and Death Takes a Holiday, and The Baker’s Wife at Paper Mill Playhouse as well as in national tours of Xanadu and Chicago.
